Submission is allowed on three calendar dates including arrival. For an October 22 arrival, that begins October 20. We do not invent an exact opening time.

Do not treat three calendar dates as 72 hours or subtract three full days from arrival. Transit without immigration clearance has different requirements.

Is this declaration a visa or entry approval?
The SG Arrival Card is not a visa. This guide covers non-resident short-stay air arrivals using an ordinary South Korean passport. Check entry requirements separately.
